SALUS Biosciences – Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Commission and Payout Structure

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a baseline commission of 25% of the gross sale amount for qualified referrals. Gross sale excludes any calculated taxes, shipping fees, or applied discounts.

  • Cookie Window: Referrals are tracked via browser cookies with a life cycle of 30 days from the initial click.

  • Minimum Payout: Affiliates must accumulate a minimum balance of $50.00 USD before earnings are released.

  • Payment Methods: Payouts are distributed monthly exclusively via ACH (Direct Deposit), Zelle, or Venmo. Affiliates must provide valid payment details within their dashboard.

2. Promotion and Traffic Rules

  • Approved Channels: Affiliates may promote links on personal websites, blogs, opt-in email newsletters, and personal social media profiles.

  • Brand Bidding Restriction: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing search engine advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) targeting keywords containing "SALUS Biosciences", variations, or misspellings of the brand name.

  • Ethical Promotion: Spamming, forced tracking ("cookie stuffing"), and mass unsolicited messaging on forums, comments, or emails are strictly prohibited.

3. Scientific and Regulatory Compliance

  • No Unapproved Claims: Affiliates must not make any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or scientific efficacy claims regarding SALUS Biosciences products beyond what is explicitly stated in official marketing materials.
